Game get stucked in battle mode and in diplomacy request screen

Description

At turn 187, When trying to start a battle, game gets stucks in "opponent is choosing their strategy" phase, if i minimize it i can't end the turn anymore. I don't know if it's related, but diplomacy is broken too, when i ask for "truce" or any other request, game gets stucked in the same kind of "infinite loop" so i can't know what to do to have my request accepted.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Load attached save

2. Try to attack Vodyani ships with any fleet available

1'. Go to Diplomacy Screen

2'. Contact Vodyani

3. Ask for "Truce"
