Quadrinix Bug

May have found one reason for Quadrinix no go bug.

Unlocked Quadrinix Science many turns ago but it will not produce on planets in my systems.

In this instance I had started to do the research on the Quadrinix science but switched to another science.

Completed other science and came back to Quadrinix and completed research later.

Perhaps my switching back and forth had something to do with producing the production error?

Any idea on how to fix the save game for this bug?
