Cinematic for the discovery of the Academy hangs the tutorial game

Description

When playing the first tutorial game (with tutorial set to maximum ie "new to 4X games") and discovering the Academy: If the player zooms on the Academy's system it triggers the cinematic for the discovery of the Academy but the cinematic doesn't start and the game hangs (See attached screenshot, the game doesn't freeze but the player can't do anything except ALT+F4).

Steps to Reproduce

1. Load the provided saved game

2. Click on the Leran's system

Expected Behavior

The cinematic should play and the game resume

Notes

If the player disable the discovery cinematics in the option menu, indeed the problem is no longer present.

I can confirm this: In the Tutorial, as soon as I zoom in on the Leran System where the Academy has been found, game freezes while starting cinematic, force exit.
