I think the survey in dictatorship is a little wrong.

In the first screen of the election, I got 100 % pacifist (I was ecologist) :

At the end of the election, I have some ecologist, industialist and pacifist : 

And it appear in the government tab, there was never 100 % pacifist population : 

I forget to get the save, if I play a dictatorship I will upload the post.
