Customer race riftborn without "biophobic" can´t colonized lava planets.

At the screenshot the programm tells me that i must discoverd maximized explotation,

but in this science are only colonized terra planets not lava. From the beginning i can

colonized terra planets.


Steps to Reproduce

1. creat a customer riftborn race without biophobic

2. Notice that the science maximized explotation contains terra planet and not lava planet
