Description

When observing systems, sometimes the game will get stuck while zooming from galaxy to system view, where the planets will continue to animate, but the game will stop responding to any sort of input. Forcibly closing the application is the only way to resolve the issue, and the system remains permanently broken and unable to be observed or interacted with because it will get stuck any time it tries to zoom in.

EDIT: For clarity's sake, this bug took place in the tutorial mode, not a regular game.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Discover the Academy (located in the system "Leran" in the attached save)

2. Try to observe the system to launch probes and generally check things out

3. Game doesn't freeze or lock up, but continues to run, unresponsive, when you try to zoom into system view

I have no idea how it happened, initially, but by loading my save file you can reproduce the issue 100% of the time.

You should be able to observe the system.
