I have a save files as the Cravers at turn 103, where it will manifest itself. 

I've tried waiting up to twenty minutes for the turn to finish.

I've tried reloading saves up to five turns earlier, but the bug still hits - rendering this save unplayable.  

I started the game on a previous patch, but the current game version is 1.0.52.

I checked your save. I can end the turn and go to turn 104, 105 but there are indeed errors popping up in the console.

Hi, pending turn bug is still on at turn 286. Last 4-5 turns took like 10-15 minutes to complete. Save file attached.

Same thing for your save, the turn ends just fine for me however I've noted a corrupted system error in the console so that might be what causes your issue... 

We'll look into the corrupted systems issues that some players encounter :)

Unfortunately, I don't think it's possible for two reasons:

The first one is: we're working on more advanced versions of the game with fixes, contents and patches that are not released yet. Once we load your save, end the turn and save again, it would most likely render the file unloadable for you.

And the second one is that even if we could... If we do it for one player, why not do it for two or three other? And before you know it, we end up setting a precedent and we don't have the logistical resources nor the manpower to "fix" everyone's saves manually :/

Maybe you guys should validate your files in Steam and if that doesn't fix the issue. Try reinstalling the game and see if that helps.

The "pending turn" bug happened to me as well on a new game. Turn 74. Another game abandoned.. (( sigh )). 

It looks like this bug is alive and well.
