Description: More specifically, if a planet previously had "Planet Cracker Factory/Lab" In production queue, it would automatically upgrade to "Urgent AI Research" upon researching Autonomous Mining and increase science output but make proudction negative.

  However, if I remove it from the construction queue my production literally turns 0, and I can no longer build anything on that system(2), other than similar continuous constructions. (3)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Have a system with "Planet Cracker Factory/Lab" in Production.

2. Research Autonomous Mining in order to unlock "Urgent AI Research"

3. Attempt to switch production to ship/building.

Reproducability. 

Honestly 0. It happened once, and at turn 150 in my game, I don't even normally reach tier 5 in Economy.

This happened to every planet that was doing planet cracker BEFORE finishing Autonomous Mining. Any planet doing the Ai Research afterwards is fine.
