Summary / Title

System construction queue block by "Public 3D printing" after "Xeno NPL" is researched. 

Description

If one system is constructing a construction which can be finish in one turn and has "Public 3D printing" under that construction and "Xeno NPL" finished that turn , the "Public 3D printing" is replaced by "Emergency labor policy" with the dust production is 100% of industry production.

And if player replace something else on top of the construction queue ,that construction's turn timer  will be "-" and says that "This construction is block by an infinity construction higher in the queue." .

Steps to Reproduce

1.Let a system has "Public 3D printing" on the bottom  of the construction queue and one of construction on top of it can be finished in one turn .

2. "Xeno NPL" research can be finish in one turn.

3. End turn.

Expected Behavior

Player can't construction any new construction.

The system has 50% industry to dust with an empty construction queue.

IF "Emergency labor policy" is on top of construction queue, there will be 100% industry production to dust and -100% industry production displayed . That is cool lol.
