Description

If you have in your queue Planet Cracker Factory/Lab (25% production to Science) with other buildings and you research "Autonomus mining" (giving Urgent AI Research - 50% production to science).

Then you have the planet cracker factory/lab removed from queue list but still there.

Because of that you are no longer able to build anything and can even get a minus production if you buy the building in queue. Then you have both Planet Cracker and Urgent AI Research both active at the same time.

Expected Behaviour

Substitition of Planet Cracker Factory/Lab with Urgent AI Research in queue with new one should be clean and not cause such problems.
