Although the approval on my system is above 100% the people start rebellions.

I don't know if this bug can be reproduced, because I never tried it.

Everything looks fine in there... Your systems are Ecstatic when at 100% everywhere so I don't know what to tell you..? Does it still occur if you reload the save?

The Crawer Save I have uploaded last time actually shows the opposite problem on the same version 1.0.52:

You do not get a rebellion even when the aproval is 1%: Mutinous

It is around 0% on every planet, still no rebellion

I am sure this mechanic was working before when I was playing the Empire, but checked the Crawers traits and saw nothing that would prevent it from happening
