All Heroes keep getting skill pionts even after obtaining every skill

Level any Hero above it's required level to max all skills

Expected Behavior

Either:

A) A Hero caps out on level (also to help exploitation of the imperials/terran ability of +4% industry per level indefinitely)

B) Cease getting skillpoints to stop polluting pop-up bar

I don't think this is really a bug. You can just not spend the skills. Heroes in Endless Legend also kept gaining points past the point they could use them so this has been in these games for a while. Even if they stopped heroes from gaining skill points when they couldn't spend anymore the heroes would still gain levels thus giving you the notifications. Also some skills give bonuses based on how many levels a hero has so it makes sense for them to keep leveling up past that point.

Yeah but it is kind of annoying..don't you think. Probably best to turn off hero pop-ups.  My last Game I had over 40 heroes at turn 200, and about 10 or so levelling up every turn, plus a new one joining every turn....Ridiculous actually
