Bug Description:

Text appears jagged, Senate Breakdown is ectremely bright, background graphic not showing, images appear lower in quality, and the technology screen has a mirriored duplicating effect.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Load up the game.

2. Join or set-up a game.

3. View either the Technology or Senate screen.

Expected Behavior:

I have seen other's people's game display a sort of animated molecular style background for the tech screen, and I am fairly sure the Senate Breakdown screen is not supposed to be bleached, bright white. Text is also supposed to be smooth and not bright either.

Notes:

It is hard to tell from the screenshots, but not everything appears smooth, it is jagged. I have noticed that in other screens, certain small details such as the text or other small graphics do not look quite right either, reproducing on a smaller scale what was occuring in the Technology and Senate Screen. Mostly missing visuals, or bright lights causing things to be washed out. This was all done from a fresh install, I have uninstalled and reinstalled four times to reproduce this.
