After completing this chp. 3 Main Quest

This happened to Riftborn Population production.

This system have that population production queued, but in other system, that one is greyed out. 

Steps to Reproduce

Unkwnon. Just happened after the quest finished. Tried reloading 1 turn before doesn't help, and haven't tried chosing diffrent option on the quest

Autosave of several turn before the problem : AutoSave 429.zip, AutoSave 430.zip, AutoSave 431.zip,AutoSave 432.zip, AutoSave 433.zip

Save about 10 turn before: Riftborn 4.zip

I loaded you save game and didn't see any bug. The systems with "greyed" out population production are polpulated to maximum. So you can't produce no more population in theses ones. Any systems that don't have maximum population, yet, are able to produce.

I think the issue is the population constructible not properly improving due to a quest, leaving deprecated versions that can't be built in the queue.

In any case, that's a bug we know about and we're working on!
