Description

I am invading system Mira and have 880 manpower on my ships.

The invading force is capped at 600 manpower.

When I hit the invasion button the 600 go to battle and 280 die instantly.

Look in saves.

Expected Behaviour

Remaining manpower should stay on ships and be able to replanish lost forces.
