Could you provide save files,  Diagnostics and DxDiag along with more detailed steps to reproduce please?

Because I can't seem to produce this issue on my end, the Riftborn and Cravers are voiced correctly..

What Mood are they in?

This is in the menu when setting up a new game. Click on the picture of the faction and it opens the Faction Selection menu. Every race does a random dialogue except Riftborn and Cravers. In game sound works fine for everyone.

I don't have the issue, even on the public version of the game...

DxDiag and Diagnostics files would help us understand why you're experiencing this :)
