Tne AI can get stuck sending Diplomatic messages over and over and over forever.

Description

If you load the attached save and make peace with the Lumeris (Blue, they will accept for free), they will accept and change their status to "Welcoming". Immediately afterwards, it will change to "Deceitful", and from then on that computer will spam their "I've seen Eels" diplomatic message over and over again.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Load the attached save.

2. In the diplomacy screen, offer peace to Lumeris (Blue).

3. Sit back and enjoy the eels.

This also happened with my game, with the Lumeris, exactly as described.

Shutting down and restarting the game fixed it for me.

I saved the game during the problem, killed it, restarted, and loaded, and was still getting spammed.

Workaround not working for me :)

This was a known issue on our end that we've been fixing!

I don't know when the fix will be pushed to the public version but it should be soon :)
