1.  The Horatio quest-reward system improvement 'Nanocuisine Plant' can be built several times in the same system.

2.  Once the Horatio have constructed this improvement, the option to add Nanocuisine plant to the build queue is not removed, allowing you to build a second instance in the same system.

3.  I was playing in single player on the current patch with a custom Horatio faction.  Save file included below.  Of note I was running the game as an aministrator on Windows 10 to avoid some other bugs.

4.  Should be easy to reproduce or at least look at.

5.  Since no other improvement does this, I assume it's a bug.

7.  Not sure whether or not I am charged in dust for multiple copies or gain their benefit.  In the save look in the system 'Orm'.
