AI Races you've seen but haven't met will give you their map for free

Description

If you scout a race with a probe (so that you meet them, but they haven't met you), you can ask for a copy of their star map for free, and they will accept.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Load the attached save. OR, generically: Probe another race, such that you've seen them, but not them see you.

2. In the diplomacy screen, talk to Sophons.

3. Notice that you can ask for their star map, in addition to introducing yourself.

4. Don't introduce yourself, just ask for their map.

5. Enjoy your newfound knowledge.

Expected Behavior

No trade actions possible other than "Introduce Yourself" with one-sided contact factions.

Hi!

This was a known bug and it's fixed on our end :)

I don't know when the fix will be pushed to the public version though.

But at least it's on the way :)
