Description

My Arc was invaded by empire that lost every planet few  turns before. During the turn, that game recognized their elimination and removed all remaining forces, the invasion was still in progress and AI opponent has become stuck at picking their strategy.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Have your Arc invaded by enemy (probably same with planets)

2. During invasion game needs to recognize invading empire as eliminated.

3. At Battle Screen pick any strategy and click fight

4. Battle should now be stuck at "Your opponent is choosing their strategy."

Reproducibility

5/5 - Happens no matter what battle tactic is picked. Restarting the game and reloading save does not help. Even loading previous turn save does not fix the issue.

Expected Behavior

Invasion either cancelled due to empire elimination or proceeding as normal.
