Diplomatic alliance/war effects bug


Description

I made alliance with a faction, but I can't fly through their space. At the same time they were at war with Doria, so I automatically am at war with her as well. But I'm not, I have the "Declare war" option and can't attack them.

Steps to Reproduce

Have an faction a in war with faction b, while faction c is in alliance with faction b. Make an alliance with both faction a and b.
