Not letting me load diagnostics, keep getting an error. 






Sometimes when switching screens say from Government to Economic or Economic back to the Galaxy map, instead of loading economic or loading the galaxy, the visuals don't load.  I can hear menu elements like pulling up help with ESC or clicking the screen, there is no visual change.  


When this happens also, if I use the Start menu on Windows, the game remains a small windowed square in the corner of the screen whether you tab back or not. 


The only way to recover is to close the game via Task Manager and restart at the last Autosave. 


The steps to reproduce are just to switch views from the map, science, economic, etc.  it can happen between any of them.

between 2 and 3.

Never know when it is going to happen.  But the longer I play a session the most likely it will at least once a session. 


Expected result:

To transition to those screens and the game to continue to work.
