Hey Guys,

Noted this one today while playing.  It's my first Playthrough since orginal release, (V 1.01 GOLD).  Saw you put out an update (V 1.052 S5 GOLD) so maybe this is something that came from that.  Colinized a new planet in my home system with a mixed anomally, I have the tech to fix it but when I click the button to quote it in production, it gives me no options.  Also tried a game restart and still nothing. Like I say it's my still my first playthrough since release so maybe starting a new game will fix it but figured I should report anyway.  Loving the game guys and keep up the good work.

Shattered Crust being Labeled as a Mixed anomally but acting/playing like a negative anommaly? I don't yet have tech to fix neg anomally....
