Description

I completed research for the science Universal Aerodynamics that unlocks air troops for ground battles. The icon of that science was activated, but I was not granted any of its effects: I cannot enable air troops, and I did not get the command points added either. On the turn when research was completed, this science was still in research queue with 1 turn left even though its icon on the research map was activated. It may be that I deleted it from the queue at that time, can't remember.

Steps to Reproduce

I haven't tried to reproduce, but will attach my save game file which has the bug, so you can check if you find the problem.

Trying to upload save game file with the bug, but I'm getting a forum error message "Something went wrong. Please try again." Can a forum admin say why that is happening? Save file is a 4309KB ZIP.
