1. Bug summary / Thread Title

The player is stuck at turn 193. After clicking "end turn", the game remains stuck during the "end turn" loading animation.

2. Bug description

The game does not freeze (the player is still able to move freely in the galactic map), but issuing orders isn't possible. Reloading a previous save doesn't help: the bug reappears once reached turn 193. 

3. Steps to reproduce

1) Load the savegame.

2) Reach turn 193.

3) Select "end turn" to reach the next turn.
