Sorry if this has already been reported but it's annoying so I thought I would report it myself.

Description

After building an infinite contruction. Like the ones where a percentage of your production is converted to dust or science. your contructions in that system for the rest of the game will not complete despite having removed the infinite contruction from your queue. It seems like it still think the infinite contruction is being built when it is not.

Steps to Reproduce

Not sure how to reporduce it. it just seems to happen at some point every game.
