Any idea about this situation?

Detail: the building cannot be constructed nor canaceled. The technology cannot be choosen. Cannot end the turn. But the game isn't crushed also.

Actually I have no game-with-problem save for your reference. In that time, I cannot save. 

It's single play game. The save data I submitted is 58 rounds, and the problem will always occured in 59 rounds.  

Alright, then would you happen to have an Autosave a few turns prior the issue arose, from which we could reliably reproduce the issue?

Also the request for Diagnostics files still stands :)

By the way, I cannot understant what Diagnostics files mean. Could you infrom me about them and how to get access to?
