The first stage of the lumeris main quest seems a bit bugged.  I selected the path to colonise planets, but the lore text was was the family that was talking about minor factions (cheap labour).  All subsequent parts, both rewards and new, tasks have been minor-faction related.  It looks like just stage 1 has the goals swapped around.
