Found an odd bug today while playing the Riftborn. After finishing the quest entitled, "Chapter 3. A Test of Loyalty" the task to build more Riftborn changed from "Machine Embodiment" to "%StarSystemImprovement QuestTimeLords05Title." 

The other odd thing is that the existing Machine Embodiment tasks stayed in their respective build queues, rather than being replaced with the new one.

I'm playing on OSX 10.12.5.
