• Summary / Title: Assimilation of Epistis minor faction was successful, however, was unable to colonize the rest of the system plants. 
• Description: Mission given was to scan a planet in X system. Upon scan, minor faction was assimilated into the empire. The UI for the planet options and build worked but other planets not colonized by the faction were unavailable----"Unavailable planet has been colonized"
• Steps to Reproduce: Have not been able to reproduce with other factions, yet. 
• Reproducibility: N/A
• Expected Behavior: Minor faction should be assimilated as have others, including with the ability to colonize the rest of the system.
• Version: 1.0.52 Steam version (game bought 06/05/2017)
• Notes:  Tried to uncolonize (playing as Sophon), successfully produced a colony ship but blue circle of influence still remained intact (blue being my faction)--faction still exists with UI buttons unresponsive, description states "assimilated." Now all planets in the system are unaccessible, and unable to colonize.

We have had other reports of this stange issue but we're having a hard time reproducing it on our end.. do you have a save that we could look into?
