I just made peace with Horatio while at war with Vodyani. Now I am getting an endless (heh) stream of diplomatic messages from Horatio that say that Horatio is 'deceitful'. This makes the game sort of unplayable as it makes it really difficult to see any other in-game notifications. Screenshot attached.
