Hi, I love this game but found a annoying bug.

• Summary / Title: Game crashed at turn 160.
• Description:Game crashed at turn 160. I noticed that this turn will trigger the election，so I guess there is something  wrong in those codes about elecion.
• Steps to Reproduce: I use the mod named "Endless Heroes" in steam workshop. So if you want to load my savefile，you shoud firist load that mod. You can load my savefile( at turn 159)  and click  button to next round，then the game would crash.
• Reproducibility: 5/5
• Expected Behavior: The game would crash and no error message displayed.
• Version: 1.0.11 S5 Gold-Public
