Well, just as title says, the system shows "Pending" and not chance to get to next turn. All other windows are active and working , was even able to create a valid save game : stuck.zip .

Took a memory dump of the game process using task manager:

(it's huge - 5.6GB rared to 600MB ,so put it on my site , please let me know when you download it so I can delete)

After that exited the game session (not the game application) to main menu and loaded the save game - it loaded fine and continued to play ok ("End turn" was "released" after load).

Hope this can help to track down a bug.
