Basically there is some "multithreaded" flaw in the logic.

I played Horacio , contacted Vodyani - they are angry, gave them 10 dust :) , got reply - still angry, after some time (or maybe next turn) got another message from them - this time they happy.

Something ocuard in logic here, I expect them to be happy when they reply to me to my money donation, not next turn after that.
