Summary / Title:

Influence borders are not rendering correctly.

Description:

At times, the influence borders don't render correctly. Enemy borders seemingly are overtop my own colonies, yet I have pacific influence conversion actively building on my enemy's colonies (which according to the view is still in their own territory). It seemed to occur at a certain breaking point. It took a number of turns to realize it was a bug, so I don't have the save before it broke, but it's certainly still not rendering correctly in the current game.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Load the save game.

2. Notice my (light blue) border with orange. There are discontinuities along the border. (see screenshot)

3. Similarly, apparently my two colonies (Noverus and Pleione) are in orange territory, yet the turn before, they were actually in my territory and the border ran right up along orange's home system.

4. If you play a few turns, you'll find orange's home planet come under pacific conversion.

5. If you zoom out you'll see that orange's border extends out as a big rectangle into my area, despite having colonies like Sirius under pacific conversion, so I think it's just a rendering issue rather than the gameplay miscomputing the borders.

Reproducibility:

5/5

Expected Behavior:

The science penalty displayed in the tooltip should apply when the "Aurora Wave" anomaly is present on a colonized planet.
