• Description:  If the user discovers the "Shattered Crust" anomaly on one of the colonized planets, it cannot be reduced because, in the ConstructibleElement_AnomalyReductions.xml File, it's line calls for 'AnomalyReduction39' as a source anomaly, which means it's calling for itself. This should be changed to 'PlanetAnomaly39', and its reduction 'PlanetAnomaly39Reduced'.
