Playing against 3 other races.  Wiped everyone from the map except the Craver faction.  Early game I thought I beat them as they were nowhere to be seen, no ships or systems visible but they kept engaging in diplomacy; asking for a truce.

I sent probes everywhere looking for them and finally asked for Map Sharing.  They had a 4 pop planet on the outer rim of the galaxy with zero ships.  I declard war on them and tried to move my fleets to the system but it said in red text that I needed "autonomous materials" for that sort of travel.  I had researched every tech at that point and had traveled to all the other outer rim systems already.

Couldn't finish the game because of it.  It seemed like they should have surrendered earlier on quite frankly as they never even made an appearance after my initial war with them.
