hello. something went amiss with this particular game. i am unable to queue constructions anywhere and finishing fleet moves doesn't seem to work either. even weirder, when i saved the game it did not save the file! however i was able to load the last auto-save. the problem reappeared after 1 or 2 turns. i tried turning on cloud save to see if that did anything different but it just started renumbering the autosaves. this is the first shenanigan that i've encountered with this patch, it has been very stable so far.

one other small bug i noticed is that the unfallen quest reward buildings don't really say what they do in the tooltip.

just for an update i loaded this with 1.16 preview and it also exhibits the problem.

when you choose system upgrades it draws the little icon moving animation but they do not get added to the queue. it's sort of similar to the previous 'infinite queue stuck' bug but there is no infinite queue in this case.
