• Summary / Title: Scienceganza can not build normally
• Description: I used self-define sophon race. The category of scienceganza is system improvement. It means that this building can build in every system belong to you when ypu have this tech. However, I found the building can only build in one system in my empire. When I scrapped the building. I found the building no longer in build list in all of systems
• Steps to Reproduce:1. Researching sophonic nonsphere. 2. Building Scienceganza
• Reproducibility: 5/5.

• Other: By the way, the building is really useless even without this problem. Please fix it at meantime

I'm sorry I'm not sure what Improvement you are referring to but have you checked to see if it's not a Unique Improvement?

You could look in the list of build improvement of the system you constructed your improvement on and see the detailed info of said improvement (we could use a screenshot)

I checked, it's indeed a Unique Building, as indicated by the white border around the picture :)

We have to fix the missing line "Can only be built once per Empire" though!
