Also, the save your provided turns out to be after the issue takes place which makes us unable to reproduce it using this save, do you have one for the turn before?

I do not have an earlier save :( sorry, will remember this next time I report a bug. As for the diagnostics and output logs, I have the diagnostics, couldn't upload it via the file uploader, said, "There was a problem, please try again," and it is to late for the output logs I believe. Just thought of the fact that I could upload the diagnostics via Google Drive, so will do that now.
