Destination marketing is a lumeris hero skill that gives 160 dust per hot on system and 40 infuence. But it seems dust part does not work properly. On one of my saves i put hero on a system has 4 hot planets (2 of them colonized) but it only gives 160 dust. It works like 160 dust on system.
