• Description: The population collection bonus pop-up pops up when you have the milestone - 1 units of a certain population.

• Steps to Reproduce: 

1. Aquire 9 units of a population
2. Notice how it says you have reached a population collection bonus
3. Check the population amounts
4. Notice how it says 9 not 10

• Reproducibility: 5/5

• Expected Behavior: Only show the screen when population reaches the actual milestone

Hello, 

I have tested your saveand noted the issue, however I can't seem to reproduce it on a clean new save using our internal version of the game so I'd guess that it has been fixed on our end already :)

Was the problem occuring in a systematic fashion, with all factions or did you notice notable cases?
