seems like you have changed only math of most of the Planets  for Food , Production etc.   should be easy to fix.

i don't understand neither what the problem is nor which version you speak of.

my best guess is that you want to see the same "planet base outputs" and the actual output (over the planet). If that is correct you simply don't understand the fundamental difference between the two. 

You have ecologist law in place hence why you can terraform all those planets by turn 22. But the planets for which you don't have the terraforming tech FIDS is cut in half. also there are modifiers for population etc etc.. planet base output is a property of a planet and actual output calculation is BASED on that but they are not identical unless you have 1 pop on them with no modifiers at all.
