I've researched Exa-Volt Beam Focus, it's highlighted in blue in the technology screen, but if I mouse over Orichalcix on a planet screen it shows production of zero with a note "Missing Technology Exa-Volt Beam Focus"

I've tried saving and reloading, but I don't know that I have a save going back far enough to before I researched Exa-Volt and noticed the problem. Is there anything I can do to force the game to "check" tech?

Addendum: I am able to trade the tech to other players...
