• Description:  Cannot enter enemy territory while at war, and at the same time am unable to enter allied Sophon territory. *separate same travel paths*

  I signed a truce with the warring faction to see if it would fix the issue but no luck. There is no "Open Borders" option with my allied faction in diplomacy.
