Version1.0.18 Bugs

Hi.

I have been running into this bug for a while (including in previous versions), but for a variety of reasons I failed to document it. Anyway, I finally got around to it..

Every once in a while I thought I was seeing a hero assigned to a fleet actually go down in XP. I thought this occured during/after a battle. I believe I finally have an example of this. In this case please look at the Lvl and XP of the hero Anax-Jink 2077.

At the beginning of turn 77 Anax is Lvl 5 with 56 XP. 

At the beginning of turn 78 Anax is Lvl 5 with 57 XP (as expected).

After leading a fleet in battle on turn 78 and winning said battle he is still LVL 5 but now has 23 XP.

As if the XP gains for fleet heroes wasn't weak enough, this is silly.

At the moment I am playing a game as United Empire with a fleet hero at level 5 with 49 xp. My hero fleet is in a battle this turn, but after he has 9 xp.
