Vining system - enemy outpost bug

  • Description:  I started to vine system "Hath". While doing so, an AI player decided to place an outpost in this system. I decided to send a small additional fleet to destroy that outpost (it didn't arrive before bug appeared). My vineships "worked on" (one turn outstanding to finish - 1st save).Next turn (2nd save) the AI player's outpost was dismissed, at the point of finishing vining. But to colonize planets in (vined) system is greyed out, even it should be possible to do so (if system is vined). If I check the vineships, they deny to "vine on" (it's shown 2 turns), because system is still vined. For me it seems to be same source of bug we had, if conquering enemies systems in older patches and couldn't vine it. Reload save(s) didn't fix it.
  • Steps to Reproduce:  Reload attached saves (before and past outpost "is gone away").
  • Reproducibility: 100%
  • Expected Behavior: Vineships should "vine on", or systems planet shouldn't be locked for colonization.
  • Version: 0.1.18 or 0.1.19 - guess it doesn't really matter
  • Attachments: Save from one turn before outpost was dismissed (vineships say: 1 turn remaining to vine system at that time) and a 2nd one.

P.S. I decided to send vineships from bugged system "Hath" to a close system on turn 68 - and to move 'em back (took 2 turns). Checked out on turn 69, if left "bugged" system planets are to be  colonized now - they weren't. When vineship fleet was back in "bugged" system (turn 70) I checked planets again -> "colonize" button was greyed out no more. Anyway it should be fixed.
