Fleet Speed Bug

Hello,

It appears fleets often do not move at the correct speed. There has been some discussion of this on the Steam forum, but I see little to no discussion here which I don't understand since it has been an issue (for me at least) since early access.

Several points about this..
1) It is a fairly consistant problem. I don't think I've played a game where it did not eventually happen.
2) It tends to start happening mid-game (50+ turns) into the game. Initially ships move as expected.
3) I have repeatedly checked for modifiers such as events or race. This has never been a factor.
4) I am aware fleets move at the speed of the slowest ship in the fleet.

I am attaching 1 example, but as I already said this is an ongoing problem. In this example please look at the 4th Paragons Fleet. It is made up of 2 identical battleships. According to the ship design screen they should move 6, yet on the galaxy screen their movement is 5.

Are other people seeing this? Is there some speed adjustment in the game I am unaware of? If it is a bug, does anyone know if the developers are aware of it?

I've had a look and can't see why the ships speed is one less than displayed in the ship designer. 

I even tried changing the ships speed (by removing the engines) but it still is one less that it should be.


So I assume its a bug or some secret effect that the game is not being clear about.

In anycase a Dev looking at this would be best.

It's appening to me too...


I saw this happen expecially upon reloading the game. 

I have the feeling that the ships revert to their default movement speed, regardless of what engine module the ship had installed (standard/iperium/fleet movement one).

I also noted that upon reloading, section of the maps already discovered by probes revert to undiscovered. 

If i save a game while a probe is traveling, let's say at turn 3 from launch, and then reload, the explored section get covered again and the probe start unveil the map from the point reached upon reload...

Dunno if related, but i'll just put it here...
