I am having a bit of a problem.

Please take specific note of:
70% happy

70% mutinous

70% happy

70% happy

etc.

And:

Empire Approval: 70% Loyal, Anarchy in 3 turns.

Why is my religiously controlled(saints and sinners) empire about to descend into anarchy?

I see the problem 30/10 in Empire Approval haha. Any techs to help with over colonization?

I've had similar strange behaviour - it seems that the approval ratings are not properly updating the approval status.

I have figured out a solution to the problem: Newly conquered systems seem to not be fully affected by the "saints and sinners" law. If I deactivate the law, then activate it again it fixes the problem. Possible bug?
