• Summary / Title: Unable to gracefully exit the game
• Description: If I try to exit the game, I'm stuck in the main menu screen- except without the menus! (see screnshot)
• Steps to Reproduce: 1. Try to exit from the main menu option
• Reproducibility: 5/5
• Expected Behavior: To exit without getting stuck in-game
• Version: 1.0.20
• Notes: Crash happened before in 1.0.16 and 1.0.18 (https://www.games2gether.com/endless-space-2/forums/114-bug-reports/threads/27107-old-amd-gpu-unable-to-gracefully-exit-the-game?page=1), also happens if I try to use dx10. 
• It's a "soft" crash - I have to alt+tab away from the game to close it and there is no error window. But I can also alt-tab back to the game before trying to close it. It's not generating all the error files (crash, error and output files).
